Villa Zen is located in the Le Capon area of Saint Tropez just a 10 minutes walk to Canoubier Beach and a five minutes drive to the centre of St Tropez. The spacious 7400 m2 well kept Mediterranean garden, provides an inviting 18x7 metre heated pool with sun-bathing terrace surround, a pool house with a small gym and a shaded area for exterior dining. 

The interiors of the property decoration and furnishings in predominately black, white and muted greys colour creating a calm ambience.

The main house comprises of a large and comfortable living room, a separate dining room, a TV room, a well-equipped professional kitchen, a basement laundry room, a guest WC and 4 bedrooms all of which have en-suite facilities.

There is in addition a guest house, some 50 metres from the main house which features 4 additional bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities and all decorated and furnished to the same standard as those in the main building. Finally, with a separate access in the main building there are staff quarters or an additional two bedrooms, which could work for teenagers. It also has a small kitchenette/living area.

Main House

Ground floor. The main house has three bedrooms on the ground floor with en suite bathrooms.  A professional kitchen and utility room service room. Large living room and indoor roof glassed dining room.

First floor. Master bedroom with private terrace and great views of the sea and nature surroundings. Open plan master bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Guest House

In addition, there is a guest house with four bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities and all decorated and furnished to the same standard as the main house.

Staff House

Nearer to the entrance of the villa is a separate building with two more bedrooms for staff or teenagers, it includes a small kitchenette and sitting room with terrace to the front.
